Furnaces have a lifespan of about 15-20 years. As your furnace reaches that age there are signs that it’s coming time for a furnace replacement service:

Finally, when your unit stops warming your house the way it should, it’s time to have a furnace expert take a look at it. A furnace replacement may be needed.
